Dr. Frank Pettinato II
Dr. Frank Pettinato II received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He then attended the renowned Medical College of Virginia where he was the first dentist ever to simultaneously earn both his Certificate of Specialty Training in Pediatric Dentistry and Master of Science Degrees. Dr. Pettinato has achieved the highest honor in the field of pediatric dentistry and is now recognized as Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Pettinato has been elected to serve as the Pasco County Dental Resource Officer for the Florida Dental Association. Dr. Pettinato has been published nationally in the prestigious American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Journal. Dr. Pettinato lectures to hospitals, school nurses, and dental and hygiene meetings on topics including the care of traumatic injuries to children, the use of fluoride in preventing cavities in children and child abuse. Brandon Larkin D.D.S. has been a pediatric dentist in the Tampa area since 2016. He enjoys building relationships with patients and their families to promote a lifetime of good oral health. Believing that education is the best prevention, he emphasizes preventative routines and treatment.
Dr. Larkin was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. Dr. Larkin developed a passion for working with his hands by doing carpentry work with his father at an early age. In college, he found that dentistry provided an opportunity to apply that passion while impacting the lives of others.
Dr. Larkin graduated from the University of Michigan in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Brain Behavior and Cognitive Neuroscience. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2014 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Larkin then pursued specialized training in Pediatric Dentistry at Miami Children’s Hospital. His training focused on providing dental care to children, teens and chronic patients with special healthcare needs. He has extensive training in dental trauma and craniofacial abnormalities as well as conscious and unconscious sedation.
Dr. Larkin is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry the Florida Dental Association and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. He has also been a member of the craniofacial teams at Miami Children’s Hospital and Johns Hopkins All Children’s hospital. He has presented research at the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition, his research has been accepted for publication in Pediatrics, a leading journal for pediatricians.
Dr. Larkin understands that going to the dentist can be a fearful experience and thus strives to create a fun, safe, and trusting environment. He encourages parents to be involved in developing care plans for their children and welcomes them to the treatment area.
In his free time Dr. Larkin enjoys college football, the beach, and spending time with his fiancé Trish.
